The Human Side of Transformation

I find the gap between
a good plan and people
actually following it.

Then I close it. I’m Alexia — a Senior Consultant who sits at the intersection of data, people, and transformation. If you’re looking for someone who can both read the numbers and read the room, keep scrolling.

Where four worlds meet

Early on, someone told me I’d have to pick a lane: be the data person, or the people person. I never did. My work keeps landing right where data that tells a story, people moving through change, technology that actually helps, and transformation that sticks overlap.

It turns out that overlap is exactly where the problems no one can solve alone tend to live. There’s a reason I keep ending up there — hover the circles and you’ll start to see it.

Or click Explore My World below, and I’ll walk you through it.

How I Think

My way of working

01
I make complexity visible
I build dashboards, trackers, and structures that help people see what is actually happening inside a programme or organisation — not what they assume is happening. Clarity is the first step to change.
02
I translate data into decisions
I don’t just report numbers. I help teams understand what those numbers mean, what action they demand, and what story they tell to the people who need to move on them.
03
I bring people with the change
Transformation fails when it ignores human behaviour. My Psychology background means I think about adoption, communication, and how people actually respond to change — not just how projects plan for it.
04
I use technology practically
AI, Power BI, automation, and digital tools — but always in service of a real business outcome. I am sceptical of technology for its own sake and driven by what actually makes teams more effective.
My Signature Framework

The CLEAR Method

C
Clarify
Understand the actual problem — not just the brief. Surface what is really being asked and why.
L
Listen
Bring in stakeholder needs, behaviours, team dynamics, and the constraints no one wrote down.
E
Extract
Pull insights from data, systems, interviews, and context. Separate signal from noise.
A
Activate
Turn insight into practical tools, decisions, or change that teams can actually act on.
R
Refine
Improve based on feedback, adoption, and real-world impact. Good work iterates.
Things I’m Curious About

What keeps me thinking

📈
Why some transformations succeed and others fail — even when the plan looks identical on paper.
🧠
How people actually make decisions at work — and how rarely it matches the rational model.
🤖
How AI can make teams more effective, not just faster — and what that distinction means in practice.
📏
How dashboards can change behaviour, not just report it — design that nudges decisions.
💬
Why good communication is so often the missing layer in an otherwise solid strategy.
🌎
How international experience shapes problem-solving — and why cross-cultural teams think differently.

International Lens

Built across cultures

Madrid-born, internationally shaped, and consulting-trained — I bring a cross-cultural lens to how teams communicate, decide, and adapt to change. International experience isn’t a footnote in my story. It’s the frame.

🇪🇸 Madrid — Foundation
Where it all started. Language, culture, relationship-first communication, and the European business world. Deloitte Madrid built my consulting backbone in a high-context environment.
🇺🇸 United States — Adaptability
Eight years living in the US, finishing with my degree at SLU’s international campus, gave me direct-communication confidence, adaptability, and a deep familiarity with American business culture — how decisions move fast, and how to make your voice heard.
🇮🇪 Dublin — Transformation
EY Ireland brought me into large-scale regulatory and workforce programmes across international teams. Dublin sharpened my ability to manage complexity, ambiguity, and multi-stakeholder dynamics.
✨ Next Chapter
Analytics and innovation at the centre — turning data into insight, exploring how AI and emerging tools reshape the way teams work, and driving the kind of change that genuinely moves things forward.
